The Food Services Progressive Wage Model (PWM) applies to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents employed in food service roles, whether full-time or part-time. From 1 March 2023, employers must ensure that all food services workers who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents meet the PWM training requirements. This includes attaining at least two Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) Statements of Attainment from the approved WSQ training modules to either renew existing work passes or apply for new ones.

Additionally, Singaporeans aged 40 and above are eligible to utilize the $4,000 SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career) top-up to enroll in the courses listed below.
