Experience the elegance of French cuisine in our workshop on Bouillabaisse and Beef Bourguignon with Chef Leslie Ho. Bouillabaisse, a traditional Provençal fish stew, is made with a variety of seafood and seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices. Beef Bourguignon is a hearty beef stew slow-cooked with 0% alcohol red wine, mushrooms, onions, and carrots.
