This course seeks to enable participants’ ability to prepare basic Chinese steamed dishes. This also includes preparing simple dishes using basic ingredients, preparation techniques and steaming methods. Participants will be able to apply what they have learnt at various workplaces such as hotels, restaurants, cafes and other food establishments.
