The baking class I attended is called Tantalising Tarts and Pastry. I had an enjoyable and fantastic experience learning to bake at SSA Institute. The instructor Chef Susan is knowledgeable, good and patient. The kitchen is conducive and clean. Tarts and pies turned out to be very nice especially the short crust pastry is good.

    Nurul Rafeeqah

The chef was detailed while showing us the steps. He even explained some basic science related to the dough which gave me a greater insight on how I can better improve on my baking. The service is was also excellent and Muslim friendly as I was allowed to pray in their Musollah even during the class.

    Amy Ong
