This course seeks to enable participants to acquire the necessary advanced level of knowledge, skills and techniques to prepare and make exotic Thai and Vietnamese dishes to a satisfactory standard. Participants will be able to apply what they have learnt at various workplaces such as hotels, bakeries, cafes and other food establishments.
