This module empowers learners to gain knowledge, skills and self-confidence to prepare four types of Nasi Ambeng dishes that are popular in Singapore, according to genuine Malay standard. This new knowledge and skills can be easily applied in many food-related workplaces in Singapore, such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, food courts and central kitchens.
