This course offers a one-day training program with the aim of preparing participants to have the practical knowledge and skills of proper food waste management and disposal. The course is a combination of theory and practice that will give the participants a better understanding of establishing the different categories of food preparation, factors contributing to spoilage, proper waste disposal procedures, and proper equipment usage in ensuring the production of high-quality food and minimising waste. By the end of this course, the attendees will be better equipped to contribute to helping the F&B operations in achieving a zero-waste industry.
