Experience the joy of creating one of Singapore's favourite local meals in this fun and interactive culinary teambuilding challenge. Our expert chef will begin with a live demonstration, sharing the techniques behind hand-stretching and cooking authentic Roti Prata, preparing flavourful Fish Curry, and crafting the perfect frothy Teh Tarik.
Working in teams, participants will prepare each dish from scratch while taking on exciting challenges that encourage communication, collaboration, and creativity. The session concludes with a friendly judging, where teams are recognised for their taste, presentation, and teamwork—making for a memorable culinary experience everyone can enjoy.
